Reliable for debt management

I've used Tally's automated credit card debt manager for a couple of years now. This latest experience, transitioning to Happen Bank, was smooth, just like my previous interactions. They always handle payments on time, and I've consistently seen my interest costs go down. It's why I keep coming back; they just make managing multiple cards so much easier.

Needed to consolidate debt. Tally's credit line helped. Setup was quick. Payments are automated. It's doing what I needed.

Good value with bonus

As a first-time user, I was looking for the best deal. I signed up through a friend's referral and got a new user bonus, which was a nice start. The credit card payoff planner immediately helped me see how much I could save. It felt worth the initial setup; I'm always looking for ways to cut costs, and this seems to deliver on that promise.

Mostly positive, one small snag

I used Tally for their debt repayment automation and it's been largely effective. My credit score monitoring is a nice perk too. The overall shopping experience was straightforward when I signed up, and the service does help lower interest. My only minor issue was that I had a question about the transition to DebtIQ, and customer service took a bit longer than I expected to respond, about 24 hours. Still, the core service is valuable and it saves me money monthly.

Hey, thinking about signing up for this but heard they changed things. Is Tally still even taking new users or what?

H Hannah Robinson 3 days ago
Yeah they are. They kinda shifted to linking you with Happen Bank or DebtIQ now, so it's a bit different than before but still works.

They stopped their old app service but you can still get debt management stuff through them, just check their site for the new flow.

Anyone get that $20-50 referral credit? Is it like real money or just a credit towards their service?

M Matt B. 1 week ago
It's usually an account credit. So it goes towards your membership fee or other service costs, not like cash in your bank.

J Jessica H. 1 week ago
Yeah, it applies to your Tally account, like a discount on what you owe them for their services or membership.

What's the deal with Tally vs. something like Credit Karma? Are they even trying to do the same thing?

Z Zach R. 2 days ago
Nah, Credit Karma is more for monitoring and suggestions. Tally (or what they offer now) is more about actively managing and paying down your credit card debt, like consolidating it.

Different beasts. Credit Karma is good for watching your score, but Tally is supposed to help you actually get out of debt with a lower interest line of credit or payoff plans.

Anyone know how to get one of those sign-up bonuses? I saw something about a referral code but not sure where to put it.

O Olivia G. 1 week ago
You usually enter it when you first apply, like during the sign-up process. Can't add it later once your account is made, afaik.

Yeah, if a friend refers you, they send you a link or a code. It's normally built into the initial application, don't miss that step!

What kind of requirements are we talking about for that credit line? Do you need perfect credit?

M Mark Lopez 2 days ago
Not perfect, but you definitely need decent credit. It's for consolidating, so they're looking for people who can manage it.

D Danielle Ramirez 1 day ago
They have certain credit score cutoffs and income requirements, like any other lender. It's not a 'no credit check' kind of deal.
